ROAD INSPECTION TOUR
TOWN OF CASEY

Minutes

The Casey Town Board convened at the Casey Town Hall at 7:00 a.m., on
Saturday, April 17, 2010.

Chairperson Bethel posted the Road Inspection Tour notice and agenda
on April 15, 2010, in the posting cabinets located at the town hall,
at the junction of Dunn Lake and Island Lake Roads, at the junction of
Pair O Lakes Road and County Trunk E, and at the junction of Blackburn
Road and County Trunk E between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Present:  Chairperson Gene Bethel, Supervisors Danny Swearingen and
Michael Wallace, and Clerk Corinne Slabaugh.

Gene Bethel, Chairperson of the Town of Casey, Washburn County,
Wisconsin, in response to approved nomination by the Casey Town Board
on April 14, 2010 under 60.62 (4), Wis. Stats., as members of the Town
Plan Commission, hereby confirm Andy Medley and Carl Schult, who are
not town officials, as a Town Plan Commissioners for the term of
office of 3 years commencing on May 1, 2010 and to expire on April 30,
2013.

A tour inspecting town roads ensured.  It was established the roads
most in need of re-engineering and maintenance were covered in our
five-year road plan.  In addition discussion included creak-filling
and chip sealing of Lakewood Road along with future consideration of
Deer Lake and Landing Roads.

Right-of-way clearing by the Gordon Camp will resume and complete
Landing Road if available this next winter season.

Road signs needing replacement included dead end and stop ahead signs
on Lakewood Road, dead end on Deer Lake Road, and new stop signs on
Fisher Roads and on Deer Run Hollow at Timberland Road.

It was noted the boat landing at Lincoln Lake should have a load of
washed rock placed to water’s edge.

On motion by Bethel / Wallace the culvert replacements on Timberland
Road was awarded to Norton Excavating with Bethel to meet with WDNR
concerning lowering the equalizing culvert located just east of the
intersection of Timberland with Little Bass Lake Road.  Motion
carried.

On returning to the Town Hall the entry deck replacement project was
examined and on motion by Bethel / Swearingen awarded to Swan Built
Homes along with repairs to the ramp bringing each up to election law
code.  Motion carried.

The road tour was adjourned at 9:16 a.m.
